The Sharjah Old Cars Museum was inaugurated in 2008 as a specialized cultural space dedicated to documenting the history of classic automobiles and presenting the evolution of the automotive industry as part of the technical and social transformations witnessed by the world since the early twentieth century.

SCCF showcases more than 250 classic cars in its 2nd edition

Sharjah 24: Ahmed Saif bin Hanzel, Director of the Sharjah Classic Cars Museum, announced the details of the activities of the 2nd edition of the Sharjah Classic Cars Festival (SCCF), which comes under the theme “Where the Story Begins”.

Activities will continue from February 13 to 17

The festival will be held in the courtyard of the Sharjah Old Cars Club and museum, with the participation of more than 250 classic cars. The activities will continue from February 13 to 17.

Sharjah Classic Car Museum: a unique collection of vintage cars

Opened in 2008 under the esteemed patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the Sharjah Classic Car Museum is strategically located near Sharjah International Airport and managed by the Sharjah Old Cars Club (SOCC).

The museum proudly features a collection of about 100 vintage cars from the early 20th century, complemented by rare classic bicycles and motorcycles. Visitors can explore these exhibits up close, delving into their unique history and craftsmanship.

Sharjah Police organize a session at the Sharjah Classic Cars Museum

The Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at the General Command of Sharjah Police organized a Digital Services Focus Group session at the Sharjah Classic Cars Museum. The session was attended by a group of strategic partners and customers, with the aim of enhancing the quality of services provided and ensuring customer happiness.

Route 44 Exhibition

The Ajman Department of Tourism Development honored the Sharjah Classic Cars Club for its participation in the Route 44 Classic and Modified Cars Exhibition, which witnessed the participation of more than 500 classic and modified cars of various types. The exhibition was held in Al Zorah, one of the most prominent tourism and leisure destinations in the Emirate of Ajman.

Diriyah Festival, Riyadh

The Sharjah Classic Cars Club participated in the fifth edition of the Diriyah Classic Cars Festival, held in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from 27 to 29 February. The festival is considered the largest of its kind in the Middle East, with the participation of more than 500 classic and rare cars.

Four-Wheel Drive History Museum

The Sharjah Classic Cars Club, chaired by His Excellency Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al Zoud, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, organized a visit this morning to the Four-Wheel Drive History Museum, with the participation of 30 enthusiasts and owners of classic cars. The starting point was from the Club’s headquarters, where an accompanying convoy was organized en route to the museum located in the Al Madam area of Sharjah.
